Which day of your Seoul trip should you see the dentist?
Sample 3-, 5- and 7-day plans that fit a check-up, scaling and whitening around sightseeing and food.
Quick answer
See the dentist early in your trip, ideally on day one or two, so there's time for a second visit if needed. Put whitening near the end but at least a day before you fly, and schedule your big food days before whitening rather than after.
3-day trip
- Day 1: arrive, check-up and scaling
- Day 2: sightseeing and food
- Day 3 morning: whitening if wanted, light meals before your flight
5-day trip
- Day 1 or 2: check-up and scaling
- Days 2–3: food and shopping
- Day 4: whitening
- Day 5: rest day, fly home
7-day trip
- Day 1: check-up, scaling and a plan for anything found
- Day 2–3: any same-day treatment
- Day 4–5: sightseeing
- Day 6: whitening
- Day 7: fly home
